For now, we do not deliver. You order online and collect your order for free in Beau Bassin, by appointment.

Pick-up is free and by appointment only.

How it works

  1. You send your order from your basket, with your details and your preferred payment method. You pay nothing online.
  2. You receive an email summary with your order number.
  3. We contact you to confirm the order (product availability) and agree on a pick-up time.
  4. You pay, once the order is confirmed, with the method you chose (see below).
  5. You collect your order in Beau Bassin, with your order number.

Payment

No payment is requested on the website, and cards are not accepted. You only pay after we confirm:

  • MCB Juice: we send you the Juice number and the amount to pay. Pay before pick-up, with your order number as the reference.
  • Bank transfer: we send you our bank details. Make the transfer before pick-up, with your order number as the reference.

The amount to pay is the one in the summary email: pick-up is free, nothing is added.

Rodrigues and abroad

We do not deliver to Rodrigues or abroad for now. If you cannot come to Beau Bassin, email hello@lamaorganics.com and we will see together what is possible.

Heat and storage

Our butters may soften in strong heat. This is normal: put them somewhere cool and they set again. Store your products away from sunlight, with the cap tightly closed.

Returns

An unopened product in its original packaging can be brought back within 7 days of pick-up. Please email hello@lamaorganics.com first. For hygiene reasons, an opened product cannot be taken back. Full conditions are in our terms and conditions.
