Why it works
01
A moment, not a promise
An evening oil massage is common practice. We offer it for the pleasure of the touch and the scent, with no claimed effect.
02
One scented oil at a time
Compounds that can trigger allergies add up: use one scented oil per blend, mixed just before use.
03
On healthy skin
Never on the face, lips or irritated skin. Not on your pillow either: facial reactions have been described with lavender.
More about Relaxing rituals
This ritual is a sensory moment: a slow massage, an oil that glides, a scent you enjoy. We claim no effect on sleep or stress.
Choose a base oil, grape seed, jojoba or avocado, and add a few drops of a single scented oil just before use: lavender or geranium for a floral note on the body, lemongrass for the feet.
On healthy skin only, never on the face or lips. Patch test first, and avoid these oils if you react to fragrances. Not for children without medical advice; if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional.
Frequently asked questions
Which scented oil should I choose?
Lavender or geranium for a floral note on the body, lemongrass for the feet. Only one per blend: 2 to 3 drops of lavender or geranium, 1 to 2 drops of lemongrass, in a tablespoon of base oil.
Can I use these oils during pregnancy or for a child?
Not for children without medical advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before using lavender, geranium or lemongrass oil.
What if I react to fragrances?
Avoid scented oils and massage with the base oil alone. Either way, patch test on the inside of your elbow before any new product.
