The recommended ritual
Evening care, face and body
- How often
- In the evening, as your skin needs
You will need
- A thin layer of aloe vera gel
- 2 to 3 drops of moringa oil
- 1 hazelnut-sized amount of avocado butter
Steps
- On a clean face, apply a thin layer of aloe vera gel. Too much gel leaves a sticky film.
- Press 2 to 3 drops of moringa oil onto your face and neck, then massage gently with your fingertips, avoiding the eyes.
- For the body, warm a hazelnut-sized amount of avocado butter between your palms and apply it to dry areas.
Why it works
01
Skin that holds its water
A nourishing product helps skin hold on to its water, so it looks softer and smoother.
02
Argan, a small study
In 60 post-menopausal women, argan oil applied to the forearm for 60 days was linked to less water loss and more elasticity.
03
In the morning, sun protection
No oil is a sunscreen. For exposed skin, the best-documented step remains daily sun protection.
More about Soft, supple skin
We make no promise to erase wrinkles. What a nourishing product can do is help skin hold on to its water, which makes it look softer and smoother. For skin exposed to the sun, the best-documented step remains sun protection, every day.
In the evening, on clean, slightly damp skin, two or three drops of oil are enough for face and neck. Massage gently with your fingertips, avoiding the eyes. For the body, avocado or mango butter keeps dry areas soft and supple.
Reactive skin: go carefully, with a very small amount. In every case, patch test before a new product.
Frequently asked questions
Do these oils erase wrinkles?
No, and we do not promise it. An oil helps skin stay soft and supple. For skin exposed to the sun, the best-documented step is daily sun protection.
Which oil for the face?
For dry to normal skin, 2 to 3 drops of moringa or argan oil in the evening, on clean skin. Never apply peppermint, tea tree or eucalyptus oil to your face.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, before any new product: a small amount on the inside of your elbow, twice a day for 7 to 10 days. If you notice redness, itching or swelling, wash it off and stop.
